Cheapcarfax provides vehicle history reports sourced from official Carfax data. We purchase reports in bulk and resell them at a discounted price. Reports include accident history, service records, ownership details, title information, odometer readings, and recall data.

3. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• All sales are final upon delivery of the report, subject to our Refund Policy.
• Bundle credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

4. Report Delivery

Reports are typically delivered instantly after payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes. Reports are sent to the email address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. We are not responsible for reports sent to incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

5. Accuracy of Information

Vehicle history reports are generated from data provided by Carfax. While we strive to deliver accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data in any report. Reports should be used as one of many tools when evaluating a vehicle purchase. We recommend always conducting a physical inspection and having a mechanic review any vehicle before purchasing.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate VIN or license plate information.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports obtained through our Service without our written consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cheapcarfax.co, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cheapcarfax or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheapcarfax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.
