Eligible Refund Scenarios
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

- Non-Delivery: You did not receive your report within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Processing
- Refund requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Bundle Refunds
If you purchased a bundle (Basic or Value), you may request a full refund only if no reports from the bundle have been used. Once any report from a bundle has been redeemed, the bundle is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Evidence of abuse or fraudulent refund requests.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.
