Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive your report within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Processing

Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a bundle (Basic or Value), you may request a full refund only if no reports from the bundle have been used. Once any report from a bundle has been redeemed, the bundle is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Evidence of abuse or fraudulent refund requests.
